About
Hey peeps!
Thanks for stopping by. My name is Alexis I am a fitness enthusiast that lives life unto the Lord. I love creating anabolic recipes, working out and living a healthy lifestyle. I also love to crochet and bake. I have been working out for about 12 years, but have always been physically active. In the past year, I have been on a journey to establish a healthier relationship with food and exercise. My focus has primarily been on building muscle, but also achieving fat loss simutaneously. I recently embarked on an 8 week transformation challenge through 1UP nutrition. My goal is to get closer to my body goals, but I am also shooting to place in the top 5. I mentally want to prove that I can do this, most importantly with the help from the Lord!
9 years ago, my husband and I became a born again Christians. We are members and serve at our church that we’ve been attending for the past three years. I serve as a youth leader and on the connect team. God has gifted me to be a blessing to these young girls, to help them understand who they are in Christ, and what God’s will is for their lives. The Lord gave me a heart for youth. Not only did He give me a heart for youth, but for people in general. Those who are suffering in need of physical or mental healing. I want to show others that Christ died for their salvation and to live this life to the fullest (John 10:10). Healing is for all and I am extremely passionate about seeing others receive Christ and the fullness of what He provided for us. For a lot of you, this is freedom from the bondage of sickness and disease.
I just want to be a blessing to you all. The purpose of this website is to be a blessing and to help those that want it. God placed this on my heart to create this blog/content a while ago and it took me a long time to get started. However, I am here now to do what God called me to do. I hope you enjoy everything here on this site whether it is for your fitness goals or your personal relationship with Christ. I pray that you find the fullness of the love that God has for you (Ephesians 3:19), that you experience the victory we have in Christ (Romans 8:37), and joy unexplainable (Hebrews 12:28).
Blessings & Love,
Alexis
